Daya

‘Daya’, a modern fairy tale written by V.S. Keilman and K.D. Bosch, is a homage to the goddess of art and knowledge Sarasvati and is based on her qualities. The word daya itself is the sanskrit translation for mercy. Emphasized by the use of improvisation and newly composed music, the piece evolves into a journey and flow of emotions of a young ethereal being, Daya, searching for herself within imaginary dreamed worlds. Daya is a modern dance improvisation project and has a total length of 60 minutes.
