Description: Bho is the current project of Samadhi Dance Company.
Bho, Sanskrit for ‘Hey, you’, speaks to human experiences and relationships within the world and its body. Bho is a spontaneous, intimate encounter in which both dancer and spectator become intentionally drawn into the human experience through the use of language, purposeful music and playful, expressive dancing. This dance production is
played out by energetic and charismatic dancers: Vraja Sundari Keilman (the Netherlands), Ilaria Angelicchio (Italy), Annlydie Groenen (Belgium), and Rasarani Keilman (the Netherlands) and Aleksey Furdak (Latvia).
They will be carried by the music of Thomas Newman, Imogen Heap, Air and Samadhi’s favorite composer, Nitin Sawhney. The performance will be complimented by several art film projections created by the acclaimed Levina Tameris (the Netherlands), Lars Steenhoff (the Netherlands) and a collaborative film by Samadhi dancer and choreographer Vraja Sundari Keilman with Pablo Larrea (Chile).

Zaterdag 4 september en zondag 5 september wordt er een unieke tekenworkshop gehouden onder leiding van de bekende danstekenaar Humphrey Bennett. Zoals voorgaande jaren is Samadhi Dane Company op verzoek van Humphrey uitgenodigd om te komen poseren tijdens deze workshops en kijken de dansers er weer met plezier naar uit!
